How we handle your information.

What the quote form collects

When you ask about a website or custom software, we keep what you type in: your name, business name, email, and what you need. If you add them, we also keep your phone, type of business, and current website.

If you arrived from an ad or campaign link, we may also store first-touch details with the request: utm source fields, Google or Meta click ids when present, the first page you opened on this site, and the referring site. That helps us see which links led to a quote request.

To limit spam and abuse, we also store a one way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser's user agent, and we count requests per connection so the form can't be flooded.

Why we collect it

Only to reply about a website or software project for your business, and to understand which public pages or campaigns led to a request. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Requests are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, with access limited to our server. The website runs on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf to run the site.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics on public studio pages. It helps us see page views without a separate advertising cookie banner.

When Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel is configured for this site, those tags load only after you accept optional cookies in the banner. If you decline, or if those tools are not configured, they are not loaded. Conversion events for a successful quote request use a shared event id so Google and Meta can dedupe the same submission.

First-touch campaign details for the quote form are stored in your browser's local storage on this site, then sent with the form when you submit. The sign in service for our client app (Clerk) loads on every page and may set cookies it needs for sign in to work.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email info@shoreva.ai or andrew@shoreva.ai and tell us the email address you used. We'll tell you what we have and delete it on request.

Payments

If you pay for a project on this site, Stripe processes the payment. We store your name, business name, email, phone if you add one, the package you chose, and the payment status. We do not store your card number. Stripe's own policy covers the payment details they collect. You can open Stripe's customer portal from the checkout confirmation page to update a card or cancel the monthly fee.

Changes

If we change how we handle this information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
