What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, small edits each month, support, and backups. We keep the site online and make small content changes when you email us. Plans are month to month after launch.
Do you only work with contractors?
No. Contractors and trades are one example. We also build for salons, restaurants, shops, clinics and other service businesses. Tell us what you do and we will say honestly if it is a fit.
Can you build software, not just a website?
Yes. Simple tools such as booking or quotes are $149 a month plus a $2,500 setup. Medium tools such as a customer portal are $299 a month plus a $4,500 setup. Advanced needs a written quote so we can scope it with you.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Plans are month to month after launch. Email us when you want to stop and we will confirm what happens next.
I don't have time to write anything. Is that a problem?
No. We write from a conversation with you. You read it and tell us what to change.
I only have phone photos. Is that enough?
Yes. Real phone photos beat stock photos. We crop, straighten and compress them. If you are missing a shot, we will tell you which one helps.
Who owns the website and domain?
You own your domain, registered in your name. Shoreva builds, hosts and maintains the site and its code as part of the monthly plan.
How does a project go?
We talk, agree on scope, design the first screens for you to review, build on a private preview, then launch when you approve. Two rounds of design changes are included. We do not promise a calendar date.
